Current Research and Interests

I am interested in Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), a developmental condition characterised by deficits in language and social functioning and repetitive stereotyped behaviours. Though not part of the diagnostic criteria, a recent body of work has begun to highlight the way in which abnormal attentional behaviours are seen within the condition. I am applying Load Theory to enhance the understanding of attention in ASD.
